New Construction Inspection

Wise buyers have independent reviews of their new home.  Just because the home is NEW does not mean it is without deficiencies or lacks quality.  Most newly constructed homes have been inspected periodically by the governmental agency having jurisdiction in that area. These inspectors are to enforce the adopted building codes and not for quality assurance. Remember a structure that is built to "code" , meets Minimum standards. Make sure you get the new home of your dreams and not a nightmare in the future.
